AloneAssist (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-powered daily wellness calls for older adults. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

What We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when setting up and managing your account:

How We Use Your Data

What We Share

We do not sell your data. Ever. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

Data Retention

TCPA Compliance

By enrolling a subscriber (the older adult who will receive calls), you confirm that you have the authority to consent on their behalf to receive automated outbound calls from AloneAssist. Consent is obtained during the signup process and can be revoked at any time by canceling the service.

SMS Program & Phone Number Privacy

Phone numbers you provide (your own and those of Care Circle contacts you add) are used solely to operate the AloneAssist daily wellness check-in service — for verification codes, opt-in confirmations, missed-call alerts, and optional daily summary messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only third parties with access to phone numbers are our direct service providers required to deliver the service:

If you reply STOP to any AloneAssist SMS, your phone number is immediately removed from all active message routing. We may retain a record of the opt-out to honor your preference and for legal compliance, but no further messages will be sent unless you explicitly re-enroll.

Information about the SMS program, including message frequency, supported carriers, HELP and STOP instructions, is available in our SMS Program Terms.

Your Rights (California Residents — CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

To exercise these rights, email us at support@aloneassist.com.

Children’s Privacy

AloneAssist is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account with one click from the Settings page. Deletion permanently removes your account, subscriber profile, Care Circle contacts, call history, and all associated data within 30 days.
