AloneAssist

Bilingual daily check-ins

A daily check-in in your parent’s language.

A parent is far more likely to answer — and actually talk — when the call comes in the language they think and dream in. AloneAssist speaks it: a warm, natural voice, every morning.

The languages your parent can be called in

EspañolSpanish

中文Mandarin Chinese

A natural Mandarin conversation, in a warm and respectful voice.

РусскийRussian

A gentle, native Russian voice — a call that feels like family.

English

A familiar, friendly voice that checks in every morning.

Native-voice samples of each language are coming soon.

Why the language matters

If your mother came here speaking Spanish, or your father still counts and prays in Mandarin, an English robocall isn’t a check-in they’ll welcome — it’s one more thing to avoid. In their own language, the call is warm, easy, and worth picking up. That’s the difference between a service you pay for and one your parent actually uses.

Questions families ask

Which languages can the daily call be in?

Today: English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, and Russian. Your parent hears the whole conversation in that language — the greeting, the questions, everything.

What if my parent speaks Cantonese or another Chinese dialect?

Right now we support Mandarin. Cantonese and other dialects aren't available yet — tell us below and we'll let you know the moment they are.

Does the rest of the family need to speak the language?

No. Your parent hears the call in their language; you read the daily summary, alerts, and weekly update in English.

Can I change the language later?

Anytime, from your settings. Each parent's calls are set to their own language, so different families can each choose what fits.

Don’t see your parent’s language?

We’re adding more — Armenian and Cantonese are on the way. Tell us which language your parent speaks and we’ll let you know the moment it’s ready.
